What Chillwari Is
Chillwari is a free, hobby-built web app for tracking shared expenses in travel groups. It is provided as-is, with no warranties, no SLA, and no guarantee of uptime or continued availability.
No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no promise that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate. Use it at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Chillwari, including data loss, financial disputes between group members, or service downtime.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Chillwari lawfully and responsibly. You will not abuse or reverse-engineer the service, and you will not upload, store, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We have zero tolerance for such content. You are responsible for what you enter, and for having the right to upload any receipt, photo, or personal information about other people.
Your Data
You own the data you enter. We store it to operate the service and do nothing else with it. You can delete it at any time.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. A hobby project has no obligation to maintain availability.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Reporting and Enforcement
If you see content that breaks these terms, report it to [email protected] and we will review it. We may remove objectionable content and restrict or remove the responsible member, including limiting an abusive member to read-only access so a group's shared records stay intact.
